Based in Icod de los Vinos in the north of Tenerife, my home portrait studio offers a relaxed and creative environment for people looking for something more personal than a conventional studio portrait.

My approach to portrait photography has always been about creating images that feel authentic, individual and visually distinctive. I’m not interested in producing generic, formulaic portraits where every person is photographed in exactly the same way. Every shoot is approached individually, taking into account the person, their character and what they want from the photographs, while retaining the photographic style that defines my work.

I work with professional full-frame camera equipment and studio lighting, combining more than 20 years of photographic experience with extensive experience in professional post-production and retouching, including Adobe Photoshop. The aim is to produce carefully finished, professional photographs while keeping the images natural and believable.

A Relaxed Approach

Being photographed doesn't need to feel formal or uncomfortable. Sessions take place in a friendly, relaxed environment, with time to experiment and develop ideas throughout the shoot.

Depending on what you're looking for, we can explore different approaches to lighting and portraiture, from clean, bright high-key images through to darker, more atmospheric low-key portraits, as well as more creative or character-driven ideas.

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want. We can discuss ideas beforehand and develop an approach that suits you while remaining consistent with my own photographic style.

Sessions & Pricing

Every portrait session is approached individually, with time to discuss what you would like from the shoot and to create photographs that feel personal rather than formulaic.

Sessions include professional studio photography, careful selection of the final images and detailed post-production and retouching. Finished photographs are supplied as high-resolution files suitable for printing, together with versions prepared for online and social media use.

Professional Portrait — from €225

A shorter studio session ideal for professional profiles, personal branding, actors, musicians, creatives or anyone looking for a small collection of professionally produced portraits.

Includes:

  • Pre-shoot consultation

  • Approximately 45–60 minutes of studio photography

  • One lighting setup

  • Up to two looks/outfits

  • 5 individually selected and professionally retouched photographs

  • Full-resolution JPEG files

  • High-resolution TIFF files

  • Web-optimised JPEG files

  • Social-media-ready versions

Signature Portrait — €400

A more extensive portrait session allowing us the time to experiment with different poses, expressions, clothing and ideas while working within either a high-key or low-key studio setup.

This is designed for someone looking for a substantial and carefully finished collection of portraits rather than simply a quick studio session.

Includes:

  • Pre-shoot consultation and planning

  • Approximately 2 hours of studio photography

  • High-key or low-key lighting

  • Multiple looks/outfit changes

  • Approximately 20 individually selected and professionally retouched photographs

  • Full-resolution JPEG files

  • High-resolution TIFF files

  • Web-optimised JPEG files

  • Specially prepared social-media versions

Complete Portrait — €720

My most comprehensive studio portrait session, combining both high-key and low-key photography to create two distinctly different sets of images within the same shoot.

With more time available, we can explore different clothing, styling, lighting and creative ideas to produce a much broader collection of finished photographs.

Includes:

  • Pre-shoot consultation and creative planning

  • Extended studio session

  • High-key and low-key lighting setups

  • Multiple looks/outfit changes

  • Approximately 35–40 individually selected and professionally retouched photographs

  • Full-resolution JPEG files

  • High-resolution TIFF files

  • Web-optimised JPEG files

  • Specially prepared social-media versions

Prints

Professional photographic prints up to A3 size can also be produced here at the studio. Larger-format professional prints can be arranged through specialist print laboratories.

Print sizes, papers, finishes and prices can be discussed when planning your session.
